CIESSE Ciesse Piumini is a sportswear brand founded in 1976 by entrepreneur Silvano Cinelli, with a mission to create functional and technical garments for extreme weather conditions. Since its creation, Ciesse Piumini has always stood out for the quality of its products, designed for adventure-seekers in both urban and natural environments. The brand’s garments have been worn by explorers and extreme sports enthusiasts, including mountain climbers on attempts to conquer the world’s highest peaks, because they ensure maximum protection in difficult weather conditions. Today Ciesse Piumini is a contemporary brand offering innovative garments that ensure maximum comfort for the wearer, from city streets to ski slopes. JECKERSON Founded in Bologna by Carlo and Alessandro Chionna in 1995, Jeckerson began life as a brand of golf trousers featuring a leather patch on the thigh, so that golfers can dry their hands before their swing without losing concentration. Driven by passion and enthusiasm, the two Chionna brothers made their first models at home and started to sell them in person on golf courses. They were an immediate hit in clubhouses, and as orders increased the first manufacturer, Franco Stocchi, arrived on the scene. In time, the vibrant colours – a novelty at the time – and experimentation with stretch cotton brought iconic status to Jeckerson trousers. In 2021, the Jeckerson brand was acquired by industrial investment holding company Mittel Spa in an operation that had strong links with the brand’s origins, because the new owner’s main shareholder is none other than Franco Stocchi, the co-founder of Jeckerson and an active contributor to its commercial success from the early years to the start of the 2000s.
