- Select a store offering a Smart Shopping service
- Contact them via Whatsapp, phone or email. Additionally, for some stores you can browse the product catalogs including special offers or arrange a virtual appointment with a sales rep.
- Receive information and updates on products, direction on how to purchase and have your products delivered. All sales reps are trained to satisfy all of your requests with offers and advice for your shopping from home.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The Smart Shopping service provides the Franciacorta Village customers with the references to directly contact the stores taking part in the initiative, so that they can receive information and direction on products, offers, prices, payment methods and pick-up/delivery of the purchased products. It is understood that all relationships between customers and stores, such as, by way of example but not limited to, information, sales, payment management, delivery, after-sales assistance and management of any returns, are carried out independently by the single stores, under their sole responsibility, even if made through the contacts available on the Franciacorta Village website. To learn more or place complaints, customers should contact the store directly.
The single store could be forced to temporarily interrupt the service due to COVID-19 restrictions. On the Franciacorta Village website Land of Fashion merely published the contacts of the associate stores and is completely unrelated to the activities and services provided by the single stores.
