The Tripadvisor Travellers' Choice 2022 is the certificate awarded by the well-known community of international travelers based on the quantity and quality of consistently positive reviews received by Franciacorta Village over the previous 12 months as a destination of tourist interest. The second recognition has been conferred by L’Economia del Corriere della Sera in collaboration with Statista the international statistic and analysis research company which interviewed an audience of over 16,000 consumers to identify Italy’s Best Customer Service 2022 and which recognizes at Franciacorta Village the second place in Italy for the Outlet category.
