Created in 1975, Gardaland is Italy’s biggest amusement park and one of the most important in Europe. Its many different attractions are suited to both young and grown up visitors, including the Albero di Prezzemolo (the park’s green dragon mascot), or the breathtaking Raptor and Blue Tornado roller coasters. In the same area, between Peschiera and Lazise, there are also other amusement parks like Movieland, the theme park devoted to the most famous films in the history of the cinema, or Caneva World, the big water park open throughout summer, offering swimming pools, lagoons and dizzying water slides.
